  1. About
    This store is operated by Litaturot, based in Paris, France. We publish and sell an independent print magazine, shipped worldwide. For any enquiry contact litaturot@gmail.com.
  2. Applicable Law
    This store operates under French law and applicable EU regulations, including the French Consumer Code (Code de la consommation) and EU Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights.
  3. Products
    Currently we sell one product: a physical, independent print magazine. We endeavour to accurately represent each edition through descriptions and visuals on the product page. Colours and finishing may vary slightly in the final printed product.
    Stock is limited. If an order cannot be fulfilled after payment, you will be notified promptly and fully refunded.
  4. Pricing & Payment
    Prices are listed in Euros (€). Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout before you confirm your order. The price shown at the time of your order is the price that applies.
    We accept payment via Stripe. All transactions are secured. We do not store your payment details.
  5. Order Cancellation
    You may cancel your order at any time before it has been dispatched. To request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible at litaturot@gmail.com. Once an order has been marked as shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.
    Right of Withdrawal: Under EU Directive 2011/83/EU (Article 16(b)), the standard 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to newspapers, periodicals, and magazines. As a print magazine, this exclusion applies to our product. Your statutory rights in the case of a defective item remain unaffected (see Section 7).
  6. Shipping
    We ship worldwide using La Poste and their international carrier partners. Shipping options and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may vary due to destination, customs processing, or carrier delays beyond our control.
  7. Defects & Shipping Issues
    We do not accept returns. All sales are final once dispatched. However:
    • Print defects: If your copy arrives with a manufacturing or print defect (e.g. missing pages, severe printing error), please contact us at litaturot@gmail.com within 14 days of receipt, with a photograph of the defect. We will send a replacement copy at no additional cost, subject to stock availability. If stock is no longer available, we will issue a full refund.
      Shipping issues: We distinguish between two situations:
      • Lost or damaged in transit within La Poste’s network, including their international partners up to handover to the local carrier: we will take responsibility and either resend or refund, at our discretion.
      • Delivery issues arising after handover to the destination country’s local postal operator fall outside our liability. We recommend checking with your local post office in the first instance, as delays and customs holds are frequent.
  8. Customs & Import Duties
    For orders outside the European Union, customs duties, import taxes, or local fees may apply upon arrival in the destination country. These charges are entirely the responsibility of the customer. We are unable to predict or control them. Refusal to pay applicable customs fees does not entitle the customer to a refund, as the order will have already been dispatched.
  9. Personal Data
    We collect your personal data (name, shipping address, email address) solely to process and fulfil your order. Your data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available on a dedicated page of this website, and in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). We do not sell your data. It is shared only with the parties necessary to fulfil your order, namely our payment processor and shipping carrier.
  10. Intellectual Property
    All content on this website and within the magazine, including texts, images, design, and layout, is protected by copyright. No reproduction or distribution is permitted without prior written consent.
  11. Limitation of Liability
    We are not liable for delays or losses caused by third-party carriers, customs authorities, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Our liability is in all cases limited to the amount paid for the order concerned.
  12. Dispute Resolution
    If you have a complaint, please contact us in the first instance at litaturot@gmail.com. We endeavour to respond within 5 business days and to resolve the matter amicably.
  13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
    These Terms and Conditions are governed by French law. Any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably shall fall under the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Paris, France.
